FAMILY=Good Times

I posted a few pictures of our last family picture together(last summer).  We need to update it again as Carrie and Nick have little baby Jack now! Families are the BEST!! We have way too much fun when we are all together.  

  This also is for Mikee! He is in Boston selling security systems and doesn't have any family pictures with him.  So I told him I would post some so he could show people our weird, crazy, family! WE LOVE you MIKE! Good luck with everything... (Say HELLO to Tiffany :-)

HAPPY B'DAY to JADE!! ~2 yrs old~

 Jade had her second B'day this week and she got to celebrate (drag it out) for several days! Her b'day was on Wednesday, May 21st, and we got to go to lunch with Jenny and Mia and Gabriel and Grandma! We weren't going to celebrate it until Saturday, but Grandma called at lunch time and said, we HAVE to do something for her TODAY! So ten minutes later we were headed to a new little kids restaurant in Orem called, Max and Cheese.  Way cute! Check it out moms! It has a cute play area for the kids, and a huge kids menu AND good adult food too!! It was so fun! Thanks Grandma and Jen for last minute fun! Then... on Saturday the weather stayed nice for us and we went to the HOGLE ZOO! Jade is in love with animals right now and so we took her to her perfect place! She LOVED it! We all had so much fun and she got to spend it with Grandma's and Grandpa's and cousins and aunts and uncles! She had a blast and then we came back home for cake and ice cream!  She is so thankful for all her new toys and books! It will keep her occupied for AWHILE! We love you all and thank you for coming...  

Grandpa hogged Jade at the Zoo... the whole time! :-) But she didn't mind! She loved having both grandparents there and enjoying every minute with them! She also got to hang with her baby cousin (Jack).  She loves him a lot! They also had this cute play area and she got to sit on a spider and take a picture, and even go down a big slide! Weeeew! Busy day! 

Jade ate some b'day cake and Cassi helped her stay neat and clean! She opened some fun gifts and felt SO LOVED because of all who came out to celebrate with her! Thanks everyone! We love you!

Hilarious Moments!!

#1- Jade makes me laugh! She has had a runny nose lately that just won't stop! I'm constantly getting tissues and wiping and wiping! I asked her to go run and get a tissue for me...   AND SHE SURE DID!! Well, at least I know the REST of this toilet paper won't go to waste now! 

#2- We keep telling Jade that 'baby sister' is in mommy's belly.  She's got that part down.  Whenever she wants to kiss her or talk to her, she HAS to have me pull up my shirt so she can see my skin, then she's fine.  She will kiss it and rub my tummy... it's so cute! Last night, she pulled up my shirt and was just talking really close to my belly... for quite awhile.  Finally, she sat up and said 'SEE YA LATER' and put my shirt down over my belly!  It was SO FUNNY!! It was like a drive through window... Well, see ya later, until NEXT time (shut).  :-)   We laughed and laughed!

10 years ago...

     I was about 15 years old and anxiously awaiting the arrival of my 16th birthday so I could DATE and DRIVE;  Just moved here from Kentucky and starting at Timpview High School... yeah, don't really want to go back to that time of my life!

       Cancun Mexico, Mazatlan Mexico, hiked to the oldest trees in the world (yeah, it's here in utah), Top of Mount Timpanogas 5 times, Florida beach somewhere 

I Enjoy...

     cuddling with my husband, getting my feet rubbed, yogurt covered pretzels, exercising, Jade, talking, listening to talk radio, going on walks, San Diego, being around family :-) and lots more

3 Bad Habits

    procrastinating projects that need to get done (especially when I was in school), talking too much and not listening better, and.... going grocery shopping when you're HUNGRY! 

5 Things you may not know about me

      I ate 8 goldfish for $100.00(yep, that's right! I chewed 4 and swallowed 4 whole); I always wanted to be a bagger at grocery store when I grew up (my plans changed a little), Eaten steak like 3 times in my life, Want to be a contestant on Fear Factor, I've never had a cavity (yet...)

      Dental Assistant, Dental assisting instructor, Foot locker, Von Curtis Hair school receptionist, Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Referee for basketball and scorekeeper for baseball, babysitter (those were the 'tax free' days...)
