Dave-The Next American Idol!

So, I may be a little biased, but Dave Osmond has the best voice ever and I'm SO glad he tried out for American Idol.  He is good friends with Jason's family (The Engemanns) and he sang with Brett, Jesse, and Ryan at my wedding reception... so awesome.  His voice is just so clear and nice! He is on so many LDS albums now, he took over Donny's lead role in 'Joseph' at the Tuacahn Theater in Saint George.  He does a lot of local stuff as well.    

    ANYWAYS... i was bummed that the judges didn't GUSH over him like i thought they would! They were really harsh in fact.  I think they are being a little prejudice because of his 'name' and the fact that he IS a darn good singer already!! Oh well, GO DAVE... we'll be VOTING FOR YA!

This post is dedicated to Jason, my best friend in the whole world! I'm so lucky I get to share so many fun memories with you EACH day... especially big ones like turning 30!!! That's what I get for marrying an older man- I get to tease you about all that stuff and you have to still wait four years before you can tease me! Happy Birthday handsome!!

4.  i love how you always come home for lunch EVERYDAY to see us and hang out even if we always eat tuna sandwiches, turkey sandwiches ,or peanut butter and jelly! You still LOVE to come!

5.  i love how you make me laugh and repeat funny sayings from movies especially when i'm in a bad mood, and don't want to laugh, I can't HELP it!!

6.  i love how you always HAVE to wear socks and you have the most amazing soft feet ever! 

7.  i love how you have calouses on your hands from working out... and sometimes i make fun of you, but it's really HOT and sexy! 

8.  i love how you are SO incredible NOT picky! You could care less about clothes or shoes and how I have to buy all your clothes and shoes for you! 

9.  i love how you take care of me and pay all the bills and take the garbage out without me EVER asking! Seriously, that's amazing! 

10.  i love how you LOVE to clean! You love a clean house and you actually put your clothes away in the dirty clothes bin and when i've had a busy day, you do your own laundry... (that's right girls, you heard it correctly, he does the laundry a lot!  

11.  i love how your eyes are sooooo gorgeous... i could stare at those icy blue green eyes forever! 

12.  i love the way you always rub my feet with lotion (even though I will never rub yours because i don't like feet)

13.  i love how you get up in the night sometimes when the girls are awake before I can get out of bed, Just to be nice and let me sleep! 

14.  i love your smile and those sexy dimples that melt my heart! 

15.  i love how you pretend to not be competitive, but you secretly REALLY are (especially when i bet you at a board game, or the pop shot basketball thing at the mall arcade (even if it was only ONCE).

16.  i love how you LOVE my cooking and NEVER say anything but good things about it (especially, clearly when it's disgusting and it's a total experiment, you still pretend it's delicious)!  

17.  i love how you make me feel so good about myself! In every way! Like even when i'm 9 months pregnant you still tell me how gorgeous i am EVERY DAY.

18.  i love how you love to cuddle with me and watch movies (even if i fall asleep after the first 15 minutes)!  

19.  i love how you RARELY EVER have a bad day or are in a BAD mood (seriously)! IT's amazing!

20.  i love how you HATE conflict and will avoid confrontation like a plague!  You will never initiate an argument or ever get ANNOYED and bugged with people (that's why i have to do that for you)! 

21.  i love how you could search ITUNES for hours and you love so many different types of music and LOVE to listen to it! 

22.  i love how you are so goal oriented and are never okay with being mediocre.  

23.  i love how you work so hard for us! You go to work everyday, are in a Master's program and still spend every second of your time that you can with US! 

24.  i love how you LOVE to surprise me when you come home early from work.  You pretend you are still at work and think it's fun to surprise me! 

25. i love that you always let me go workout because you know it makes me feel so much better!

26.  i love how you have never-ending patience! You were born the most patient person EVER! My family can all attest to that! 

27. i love your hugs and you kisses when you come home each day... 

28.  i love how you love the Lord, and honor your priesthood. 

29.  i love how play sports so well!  It's annoying! I love to watch you and say, yeah, that's my man! 

30.  i love that you are my HERO and even though you have been through so much you have the most amazing attitude about LIFE that keeps me going each day! 5:00 is my FAVORITE time of DAY! :-)

Snow Dayz!

On the trek up the hill... it was decided it was easier to carry her.

Here are some pictures from Jade's FIRST adventure sledding! I wanted to go down with her too, but Grace did NOT want to be bundled up in a snowsuit and blankets... she threw a fit so I took a picture and then went to the car with Grace!  Jade went down about three times, and loved it, and then said, 'I'm done, Daddy, let's go home."  Yep! That's my girl!! She'd rather be on the beach ANY day over playing in the snow! San Diego... here we come!

Okay so yesterday Jade woke up from her nap and was in an extra 'happy mood' (nap time is so wonderful) and decided she wanted to "sing for the camera mommy"! So, I got out my camera and she said she wanted to sing 'I love to see the Temple' ... however, halfway into another song, she discovered her mistake, and continued! SO CUTE!!! Don't worry all you TEAPOT fans, she did that song AGAIN and AGAIN for ya!
