Okay, so I've become a bigger fan of baking than I used to be. I lOVE, LOVE to cook MEALS but I was never a big baker or bread maker. I am learning... ever so slowly.
So, the kitchenaid...
I know, some of you will think, how do you live without it? I just really don't have many fancy kitchen gadgets... so this one looks really appealing to me. It seems to be nice for baking.
Do you have any advice on the kitchenaids? DO you LOVE them? Can you NOT live without them? Or, are they just an expensive way to use a mixer? I need some advice! If you have something you like better, let me know! Which one is good? Thanks Ya'll!!

I LOVE my Kitchenaid. I use it for almost everything. Best invention ever.
I love my kitchenaid too. I use it at least every other day. I kinda wish I would have gotten the biggest one they had though because sometime I want to triple a recipe and there just isn't enough room in the bowl.
em . . . don't do it, there i said it. I have a kitchen aid and i use it just about everyday too, but i really super wish i had a bosch instead . . . just my piece.
I love to use it for canning. I have an attachment that I just put my fruit through and it cuts it up for my jams and relishes. It also is good to cut up stuff for salsa, etc. And eventually when I get into baking I'm sure I'll use it for that also!
I'm a bosch fan myself, but my mom and sister both have a kitchenaid and love it, so I don't think you can go wrong. In truth, I wish I had one of each :) ha ha
Hi Em, Okay...so I was raised on a Bosch and my mom always swore by them. Side note...my mom was June Cleaver when it came to the homemaking world. Anyway, that is all I have known, but I do love using my Bosch. There are Bosch stores that offer classes on bread baking and other things. If you get one be sure to get dough hooks for cookie dough. They are great. Hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.
BOSCH...we both grew up with one, they are more expensive BUT they are SO worth it...I use mine @ every other day...LOVE it...couldn't live without it...I have used other people's Kitchen Aids and well...Bosch is better...it's like in makeup...the good stuff is MAC...and well, Kitchen Aid is Covergirl...SO WORTH IT...spend the money and get the good one! ;) Kitchen Aids aren't horrible, but borrow someone's Bosch and then use a Kitchen Aid and you'll see what I mean... :)
BOSCH!! They are bigger, and also come with a blender. Down side, they cost more. But...my Mom has had the same one FOREVER!!! :)
